Who we are

Hi, we’re Tim & Jade, husband and wife, partners in business, and the two people responsible for turning a tiny Italian three-wheeler into a photo booth.

Rust & Retro started with a chance encounter with a Vespa-turned-coffee-cart at the beach and one dangerous thought: we could totally make something like that. Fast-forward through a lot of late nights, questionable decisions, and more pennies than we care to count, and our little vintage Piaggio Apé got a second life!

With backgrounds in hospitality and a serious love for a good time, we created Rust & Retro. She’s part photo booth, part party guest, part tiny Italian attention-seeker— here to look cute, print memories, and make your guests wonder how the heck you found her.

You bring the party, we’ll bring the Apé.
